Spotless Is Acting The Corporate Bully

"Spotless Services should be ashamed of themselves for attempting to undermine the lowest paid workers in hospitals by attacking their advocates," CTU president Ross Wilson said today.

"This is a cynical attempt to try and divert public attention from the real issues by a company which has extracted millions of dollars out of the health sector at the expense of workers' wages."

"Spotless knows perfectly well that there is a democratic process mandated by Parliament which both union members and non-members participate in before any bargaining fee arrangement can be implemented," he said.

"They also know that they haven't been asked to be part of the arrangement and that all workers, if a settlement is reached, will get the full wages agreed."

"We will not allow this group of workers to be starved into submission by this Australian corporate bully," Ross Wilson said.
